Our real estate agency has been specializing in student accommodation for several years now. Internationally recognized for its educational and university system, Switzerland has some of the best European universities such as EPFL and the University of Lausanne (UNIL). Each year, we welcome tens of thousands of foreign students who need student accommodation (room to rent).
This makes the task of finding and booking accommodation near the university campus quite complex. It is even more difficult for international students who often have to find accommodation in Switzerland while still living in their country. For these reasons, many students call on us to take care of these different steps.
Student residence in Crissier:
Our student residence in Crissier (chemin de Praz 6) is ideally located close to Unil and EPFL (15-20 minutes by public transport). Indeed, it only takes a quarter of an hour from the center of Lausanne to reach our residence thanks to the motorway exit located at the entrance of the city. In addition, Crissier has become a small metropolis with its department stores and shopping centers. We are also located near Renens train station and it takes around 45 minutes by train or car to reach Geneva Airport.

We can also offer you a student accommodation search service through our network. Just tell us your selection criteria and we will offer you several possible options. You have to do it relatively early because unfortunately there is very little supply compared to a demand that increases from year to year. We are doing everything in our power to host every single student that contacts us.
