Our project manager, Yuliia Ihnatenko, has a vast experience in teaching international audiences, in customer service, and working with documentation in the logistics industry.

Born in Ukraine, Yuliia completed her education at Ukrainian Pedagogical University. There she acquired a master’s degree in English language and world literature. After effectively completing her education, she decided to work as a teacher in an interactive online school. Yuliia met students all over the world. She learned their cultures as well as their traditions.

Having worked as a teacher for 5 years, Yuliia decided to gain a new experience and skills in a new area. She has chosen to explore logistics in an American company. Throughout her time working there, Yuliia acquainted with the American lifestyle, customer service, and trucking documentation.

Yuliia enjoys learning about the different cultures across the world through travel experiences. She visited diverse countries and lived there for some enduring time.

Yuliia started her internship at ABC Translation as a Project Manager in October 2022. She is a part of our translators’ team who provides quick, accurate, and comprehensive responses to our clients. Her objective is to ensure a positive service experience and meet customer needs.
